1) Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the ExactPath Institute website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2) Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or law.
3) Courses and access
- Self-paced courses typically include lifetime access. Live cohorts and workshops occur on scheduled dates with limited-time access to recordings.
- We may update or discontinue content to maintain quality or legal compliance.
4) Payments, refunds, taxes
- Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
- Refunds: self-paced courses offer a 7-day refund window if less than 20% is completed. Cohort/workshop refunds are limited; see product pages.
- You are responsible for any taxes required by law.
5) Intellectual property
- All content is owned by ExactPath Institute or licensors and protected by law.
- Subject to payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for learning.
- Do not copy, distribute, resell, or use materials to create competing products.
6) Acceptable use
- No attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, or disrupt services.
- No illegal, infringing, or harmful content or activity.
7) Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee client outcomes, employment, or financial results.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExactPath Institute and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExactPath Institute from claims arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
10) Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted and, where appropriate, notified by email. Your continued use after changes means acceptance.
11) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
